Go Gold Dinner and Fundraiser
Join us for our second annual Go Gold Dinner, Thursday January 25th, 2024 at 5:30pm. A ticket to the event includes hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dancing, and auction. Join us to learn more about the impact the Isaac Strong Foundation has on children in Rock County and support our local families.
CrossFit For A Cure
Join us for our 4th annual CrossFit for a Cure event at Ironside Fitness. This event will include a walk and a workout for all levels. Activities at the event are family friendly and will include a bounce house, face painting, balloon art, silent auction, DJ, food tents, beer tents, and much more!
Run The Rock
JOIN US FOR THE 3RD ANNUAL RUN THE ROCK MARATHON
All proceeds will be donated to the Isaac Strong Foundation to help children currently fighting cancer.
All participants will receive a finisher medal.

CrossFit For A Cure
The Isaac Strong Foundation and Ironside Fitness are partnering up to host the 3rd Annual CrossFit for a Cure event Saturday, September 10th, 2022. We will have 4 events to choose from: a 1.5-mile walk, a beginner level workout, an intermediate level workout, and an advanced level workout, each with separate start times. You are welcome to choose as many events as you would like to participate in! In addition to the workout events, we will have plenty of activities for spectators and children including food and drinks, raffle prizes, balloon animals, face painting, bounce house, and so much more!
Every year this event benefits local families battling childhood cancer; this year we will be supporting Mylee and Mya! Mylee is an 11-year-old girl from Beloit currently in treatment for Leukemia. Mya is a 7-year-old girl from Janesville currently in treatment for Leukemia. Each girl will have their own hero WOD, honoring their fight and courage through treatment. Please join us for a day of fun honoring these two brave girls!
Superhero Event
The Isaac Strong Foundation and RC Crew have an exciting day coming up. Kids can meet their favorite superheroes and princesses, experience face painting and balloon animals and so much more.
