All fitness levels and abilities are welcome to participate in this workout! All movements can be modified, and coaches will be leading the workout to provide individualized instruction and to ensure safety.
43 Strong: 12 Minute AMRAP
43 Mountain Climbers
12 Air Squats
12 DB Deadlifts
The Story: every day, 43 children are diagnosed with cancer in the U.S. - a staggering reality that this workout symbolizes. The 12 min clock and the 12-rep movements represent the 12% of children who do not survive their battle.
This workout will include some lifting and moderate skill level movements. Coaches will be leading workout to ensure safety and help with movement adjustments.
“More Than 4”
30 Min AMRAP with a goal of more than 4 rounds completed
-400m Bike
-40 Wall Balls
-30 DB Push Press
-20 Pull Ups (or Ring Rows)
-10 Box Jumps or Step Ups
The Story: Only 4% of federal cancer research funding is directed towards childhood cancer. That’s where the phrase “More than 4” comes from - a call to action reminding us that kids deserve better. This workout pushes past “just 4” Every rep represents the fight to bring awareness, funding, and hope to the children and families impacted by cancer.
