The Isaac Strong Foundation

The Isaac Strong Foundation is committed to the fight against Childhood Cancer.

First, through fundraising efforts we provide direct financial support to kiddos and their families in the fight against Childhood Cancer.

Second, we raise awareness about Childhood Cancer through education about the types of childhood cancer, treatment options, and sharing stories from those who have been, or are on the journey to find a cure.

Last, a portion of the funds raised goes directly to the continued research for better, less invasive treatment options for kiddos, and the continued pursuit to find a cure.

The Isaac Strong Foundation was founded and operates in the memory of Isaac Patrick Johnson, Forever 6.

Whatever it takes, as long as it takes. We will find a Cure.

About Isaac

Isaac Johnson was a little boy with a larger than life personality and a smile that would captivate anyone who met him.  Isaac’s life forever changed when he was just 2.5 years old.  He was always a happy, healthy boy and never had much to complain about.

On March 11, 2017, Isaac complained of leg pain and eventually stopped walking.  He was taken to the local clinic where he received an x-ray.  We were told they had found a tumor and were immediately sent to American Family Children’s Hospital.  It was there we received the news that Isaac was diagnosed with Stage IV Neuroblastoma.  Our entire lives were changed in the matter of six days.  Isaac faced treatment head on every day for over three years.  He underwent each treatment which included two stem cell transplants, multiple rounds of chemotherapies, radiation, and immune therpay, many in combination with each other, with fierce determination and strength.  He persevered against all odds and remained his true, loving self throughout it all.

Isaac’s story inspired an entire community who rallied around him at every opportunity.  He became our real life Super Hero - our Isaac Strong.  He fought with every inch of strength he had in his body until he was finally called home to Heaven on June 6th, 2020, just four days after his 6th birthday.
